To achieve first-line alignment between enterprises and research capabilities and open up new cooperation paths for industry-university-research, on the morning of March 13th, Chen Qianlin, Dean of the Advanced Technology Research Institute of Guizhou University, Qian Jin, Deputy Dean, Zhang Shenghua, Section Chief, along with Zhou Lei, General Manager of Wuxi Tianhe Electronics Co., Ltd., and Qu Hui, Deputy General Manager, visited the Big Data and Information Engineering College (hereinafter referred to as the College) to conduct a survey and exchange on school-enterprise cooperation. The leadership team members and teacher representatives of the College participated in the survey and exchange meeting, which was presided over by Chen Yong, the Party Secretary of the College.

At the meeting, Xie Quan, the Dean of the College, first extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Chen Qianlin, Dean, and Zhou Lei, General Manager. Subsequently, Chen Qianlin, Dean of the Advanced Technology Research Institute of Guizhou University, briefly introduced the purpose of this survey and discussion.

Then, Dean Xie Quan introduced in detail the basic situation of the College's talent cultivation, platform construction, disciplines, and teaching staff, as well as the College's characteristics and advantages. Xie Quan expressed the hope that through this exchange and discussion, the understanding and contact between the school and enterprise could be further enhanced, their respective advantages could be leveraged, cooperation areas could be expanded, and a strategic cooperation mechanism could be established to achieve mutual benefit, win-win development. Zhou Lei, General Manager of Wuxi Tianhe Electronics Co., Ltd., introduced to the participants the company's basic situation, development history, future planning, and related thoughts and plans in the aspects of collaborative education and integration of industry, education, and research between schools and enterprises.

The meeting also discussed talent teams, scientific research, research platforms, and discipline construction. Chen Yong, the Party Secretary of the College, stated that the relationship between industry, university, and research is crucial for innovative development and requires joint efforts from both schools and enterprises. The collision of academic thoughts and business thinking will inevitably generate new sparks, spurring forward industry-leading innovative driving forces and shaping a more collaborative and innovative industry-university-research cooperation relationship. Jiang He, the full-time organizational member of the College, indicated that the College understands the employment needs of enterprises and students through diversified channels, optimizes talent cultivation models based on actual conditions, and achieves precise matching between enterprise needs and talent cultivation. Qu Hui, Deputy General Manager of Wuxi Tianhe Electronics Co., Ltd., expressed the hope that schools and enterprises could strengthen cooperation in the construction of an industry-education integration community and professional discipline groups, promoting the joint consultation, construction, and sharing of educational resources. Finally, Chen Qianlin, Dean of the Advanced Technology Research Institute of Guizhou University, said that this survey and exchange had laid a good foundation for further communication and liaison between schools and enterprises, playing an important role in building a cooperation and exchange platform and opening up channels for technical support, achievement transformation, innovative talent cultivation, and industrialization of scientific research projects for both parties.
